serviceproviderpredenesthealiasandthepriorityoftheBroadcastCall.
IfthetypeoftheencryptionisdenedbytheBSIfeature(radiowithaSIMCard),theBroadcastCallis
alwaysclear.Otherwiseiftheradiousesotherencryptionservicethetypeoftheencryptionusedforthat
Callisuptotheencryptionsettingsofthatservice.
ThisfeatureisnotsupportedontheDimetrainfrastructure.
